So the other day I made to most delicious icing I ever have, even if I do say so myself! It was light and fluffy, just so tasty. I realised the secret is room temperature butter, who knew? Well probably many of you but I’m a girl who likes to cut corners! But I resisted the urge to use butter fresh from the fridge and boy was it worth the wait!! So here’s the recipe
125 g unsalted butter at ROOM TEMPERATURE
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
250 g icing sugar
1 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
